Sr Software Developer – ENG11
We are looking for Senior Software Developers with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proven track record of J2EE/Web-based product development experience. These positions are for our engineering organization based out of our headquarters. The job will require you to understand and analyze the requirements, work with other members of the technical staff, design, implement, and test the product features. The scope of work typically involves building front-end screens, back-end database, various kinds of device interactions, and integration to other back-end systems.
Critical Skills:
- 6+ years of Java programming experience using Object Oriented principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong architecture and design skills in web applications
- Software lifecycle management experience
- J2EE, XML, HTML, JSP and JavaScript
- HTTP, SOAP, Web services
- Experience with ORM tools
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows (2000, 2003 Server, XP) and Linux OS
- Experience in supply chain management and manufacturing applications a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal/written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor/Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering
Desirable Skills:
- Supply Chain and ERP (SAP or Oracle 11i) experience
- EPCGlobal/RosettaNet/EDI Standards
- Knowledge of workflow and state machines
- UML based use case design
- Experience with sensory devices - like RFID and PLC preferred
Sr Software Developer – PSO11
We are looking for Senior Software Engineers with excellent Java skills. These positions are for our professional services organization based out of our headquarters. The job will require you to participate in the requirements gathering process with other members of the technical staff, analyze the requirements, design and implement the solution. The scope of work typically involves building front-end dashboards/components and integrating to backend systems.
Critical Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of Java programming experience using Object Oriented principles
- HTML, JSP and JavaScript
- XML, XSLT basics
- Web Application concepts
- SOAP, Web services
- General Database concepts including SQL queries and stored procedures
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows (e.g. 2000, 2003 Server, XP) and Linux Operating Systems
- 3 to 5 years experience in customers deployments.
- Experience in supply chain management and manufacturing applications a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Project lead or project management experience
